Nous nous situons au sud de la Corrèze à 7Kms de la Dordogne; nous vous accueillerons dans notre maison de caractère en pierres apparentes de deux siècles entièrement rénovée avec sa piscine et un terrain accessible en face de l'autre côté de la ruelle.
Intérieur très chaleureux sur trois niveaux; dans toutes les chambres: bouilloire électrique, WIFI, et sachets de thé, café, tisane.

Capacité 15 personnes + bébés.

RDC : une grande chambre pour trois avec douche et WC privé
Une autre pour deux douche et wc privé
Et une de trois à quatre lits simples

1^er : Grande pièce à vivre avec cheminée, cuisine ouverte sur le salon et la salle-à-manger et donnant sur une terrasse de 25m2 semi-ouverte surplombant la piscine. Avec climatisation.

2^eme : une familiale pour 5 pers et bébé douche et wc privée.
Et une pour deux et un enfant.

We are situated South of Corrèze Department at 7 kilometers from the famous Dordogne River and we shall be happy to welcome you in our renovated traditional stone house built two centuries ago.
You certainly will enjoy our charming tiled swimming pool and a wide grass parcel on the other side of the lane. You will find very warm insides, with facilities at the three levels of the house, such as electric kettles, WIFI...
On the ground floor you will find a suite of 2 rooms with a showers/ a shower room, separate toilets.
On the first floor, you will enjoy a large living and dining-room with 2 fireplaces and a billiard table opening onto a semi-open 25m2 terrace, overlooking the pool you can directly reach from the dining room, as well as from the ground floor rooms and garden. With air conditioning.
On the second floor you will find a suite of two rooms with shower, WC .

A 10 kms: Pompadour et son magnifique château de la comtesse; haras nationaux, courses de chevaux et de lévriers, spectacles tout l'été.
A 5 kms: Concèze; concerts nombreux.
Marchés de pays aux villages voisins l'été.
Très beau marché le dimanche matin à Objat à 10kms.

- Horseback riding at 10 kms on the prestigious Pompadour site with and the magnificent castle of Louis XV’s Mistress (the Countess Madame de Pompadour), as well as the National Stud Farms and Thoroughbred Horse Breeding Center; horse racing and greyhound shows all summer. At Conceze (5kms from Juillac), you will enjoy.

- LIMOGES, at 73 km by the free high/motorway, the worldwide capital of Porcelaine (French Fine China): many shops and factories, real refined arts and craft.
- SARLAT (64 km by highway), the Dordogne worldwide capital of famous “Foie Gras” (= fine goose liver delicatessen) and one of the most well-conserved medieval city in the world.
